Refund policy

Finer Packaging Ltd is dedicated to the satisfaction of our customers.

If you are dissatisfied with our product, we will allow you to return it within 30 days for a refund or an exchange. Please call our office for a return authorization. Returned items must be in unused condition. We will deduct a 15% restocking charge from credit for the return of packaging ordered in error. We must charge for any custom orders where work has been performed prior to cancelling the order.

We do not accept returns on customised or imprinted items.
